Caroline is a seasoned occupational therapist and entrepreneur. Previously, she owned and operated 23 home health agencies and 9 hospice agencies across 6 states. Driven by firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the industry’s challenges, she founded Intuitive Learning Solutions to address a critical gap in staff education. Under her leadership, the company has pioneered a micro-learning model that transforms training into an engaging, effective experience.

Patricia is a practicing attorney, serving as outside general counsel for small and mid-size companies and providing employment law services to companies of all sizes. She specializes in a variety of practice areas, including wage and hour laws, leaves of absence, harassment and discrimination.

Alejandro is a seasoned leader of academic production, graphic design, and technology solutions. He brings over 20 years of experience envisioning, designing, and implementing e-learning education solutions. His strategic approach and commitment to excellence have proven crucial to ensuring the quality and effectiveness of end-user learning experiences, with a particular focus on adult learning methodologies for corporate audiences.

Ricardo leads the design and execution of high-impact educational initiatives. With a strong entrepreneurial background, he has previously founded successful companies in BPO and executive search, bringing a broad perspective on building and scaling effective teams. Ricardo is committed to delivering robust, results-driven solutions through strategic leadership and active involvement in every project.

Shannon is a technology professional with experience in customer-facing roles across early-stage startups and large enterprises. She brings a unique blend of skills across sales, marketing, account management, and project management. Shannon leads with a customer service mindset and actively listens to client needs in order to build trusted, long term relationships.

Lea is a learning and development leader who has introduced innovative learning and development concepts to ensure the long-term sustainability of strategic initiatives. She brings two decades of experience in creating and supporting online learning in software, healthcare, higher education, and Fortune 500 organizations. Lea is a proponent of iterative design, data-driven decision making, and user-centered learning.

Annette is the Founder and President of Provider Insights, a company dedicated to helping home health and hospice providers navigate the complexities of Medicare compliance. Under her leadership, Provider Insights has become a leading consultancy known for its innovative approaches to healthcare management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Annette serves as an advisory board member and quality assurance consultant for Intuitive Learning Solutions, where she meticulously reviews home health and hospice courses for compliance and accuracy of information.
